Tips & Tricks

Every Day Tips:

  • Think positive thoughts

  • Smile more often

  • Listen to music that pumps you up

  • Take a moment to breathe

  • Let go of things you cannot control

  • Be kind to other people

Getting Your Day Started:

  • Create a morning routine that doesn’t involve rushing

  • Stop pressing snooze, those extra few minutes don’t allow you to get proper sleep

  • When you make a meal, sit down and enjoy it, you can use this time to decompress your brain!

  • Make your bed first thing in the morning- you’ve already accomplished one ‘to do’ on your list!
